3. Orders and Payment

• Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• We reserve the right to request payment in advance for new customers
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
• We will notify you of any significant delays
• Delivery charges may apply and will be clearly stated
