Returns Policy

1. Return Period

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Custom or specially ordered items cannot be returned unless faulty
• Return authorization must be obtained before returning items
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is faulty

3. Return Process

1. Contact us at quotes@valvemax.co.uk to request return authorization
2. Package items securely in original packaging
3. Include return authorization number with shipment
4. Ship to our returns address (provided with authorization)

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving returned items
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was faulty

5. Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, we will arrange collection and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please report faulty items within 7 days of delivery.
